      Clubs day

The first ever Clubs Day event was organized at New Uzbekistan University! Indeed, New Uzbekistan University has a special community for each and every student. Based on students' interests, more than a dozen student-led Clubs started operating in order to encourage a communicative, collaborative, collegial, and respectful culture through activities. Special atmosphere of Clubs Day warmly connected all of us together. Eco and Art activists, Book lovers, Vocalists and many more talented representatives helped us to explore hidden talents and make new acquaintances. Is not it an absolute proof that we are surrounded by a supportive and enthusiastic team of students?!

      Open dialogue

An open dialogue was organized by the head of the Student Affairs Department- Abdusaid Abdullaev, where more than 100 students took part.During the event, ideas and expectations about further academic and social life at the university were expressed and discussed by both sides. There were highlighted differences and common ground - on what a joint professional path can be based. The students noted the benefits of this format of communication, despite the excitement they experienced communicating directly. They also emphasized the value of being able to voice their wishes and suggest new ideas.

      Guest lecture with practicing psychologist

On February 11, the offline training with practicing psychologist Takhmina Mirzaulukova was held within the framework of the Self-Development Club. More than 30 students took part in the session. The topic of the training was about the importance of overcoming fears. At the beginning, students shared among themselves what they understand by the word “fear”, after that was explained what fears are and where they come from. When the theoretical part was finished, the lecturer moved on to the practical, where practices as overcoming and identifying fears were done and advices on how to work with it in the future were given. Absolutely all students were involved during the training and everyone was impressed and shared their pleasant feedback at the end. We also want to thank our guest, Takhmina Mirzaulukova , for hosting such a useful and informative event!
