Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership of the department and coordinate and supervise staff activities;
• Develop departmental work plans and ensure their timely and effective implementation;
• Support the implementation of state youth policy within the University;
• Organize meaningful extracurricular activities for students;
• Organize cultural, educational, social and sports events;
• Coordinate the activities of student clubs, societies, councils and interest groups;
• Support students’ participation in local and international competitions, olympiads and projects;
• Identify and address students’ concerns, requests and challenges;
• Develop effective cooperation with youth organizations, public associations, companies and other partners;
• Organize professional master classes, guest lectures, vacancy and internship presentations;
• Support the activities of the University’s Recruitment Center;
• Organize educational excursions and other student development activities;
• Ensure that student databases are accurate and regularly updated;
• Ensure compliance with legislation, University policies, internal regulations and professional ethics standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
• Professional experience in education, youth affairs, student engagement or management;
• Proven team management and project coordination skills;
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with students and young people;
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Excellent planning, coordination and monitoring skills;
• Proficiency in modern information and communication technologies;
• Fluency in Uzbek, Russian and English;
• High level of responsibility, initiative and result-oriented mindset;
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
