Responsibilities:
- Ensure university departments are provided with office supplies, stationery, equipment, and other material resources based on submitted requests.
- Monitor the availability, proper storage, and intended use of material assets and inventory.
- Prepare write-off acts for material assets and related supporting documentation.
- Maintain documentation and reports on purchased goods, services, and material resources.
- Prepare drafts of internal regulatory documents related to the area of responsibility.
- Coordinate with government authorities, suppliers, and other organizations on matters related to material and technical supply.
- Participate in planning and implementing the tasks and activities of the department.
- Comply with occupational health and safety, workplace safety, and fire safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Work experience in material and technical supply, administrative management, procurement, or facilities/administrative operations.
- Knowledge of document management and records management principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and modern information technologies.
- Strong skills in preparing reports and working with documentation.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
