The delegation from the New Uzbekistan University met with the leadership of the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences and signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a dual-degree master's program.
According to the memorandum, students will continue their second semester in Germany as part of the Industry Management - Innovation and Business Development program.
Additionally, discussions were held on the conditions to be provided to students, and the establishment of new dual-degree education programs was deliberated upon.
We believe that this agreement will open up great opportunities for our future graduates.
A meeting was held between professors of the Munich University of Technology and a delegation from the New Uzbekistan University during their visit to Germany.
The discussion focused on strengthening collaboration between the universities and expanding the exchange program for professors and teachers.
Particularly, there was a special emphasis on recruiting professors from the Munich University of Technology to join the New Uzbekistan University.

An international symposium titled “Bridging Borders: Exploring Collaborative Pathways between German and Uzbek Academia and Industry" is being organized at the Technical University of Munich in Germany by the New Uzbekistan University and Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
The delegation is led by the Minister of Preschool and School Education Hilola Umarova.
Participating in the symposium from our country are representatives from the Ministry of Energy, JSC “Uzavtosanoat”, Uzbekistan Airways JSC, "Uzmetkombinat" JSC, Association “Uzeltechsanoat”, Almalyk MMC JSC, Navoiy MMC JSC, the Association of "Uzcharmsanoat", JSC "Uzkimyosanoat", and "Uztoqimachiliksanoat" Association.
Moreover, prominent German universities along with influential German industrial companies like Siemens, Knorr-bremse, Airbus, Deloitte, IT4IPM, Linde, etc., are also participating.
During the symposium, the aim is to establish a comprehensive system of collaboration based on the rich experience of Germany in the field of education, science, and industry, with the ongoing efforts in Uzbekistan.

Drawing from the experience and life demands in recent years, there is a focus on enhancing the majors in schools.
Particularly, there is a proposal to implement engineering programs in specialized schools, such as the Mirzo Ulugbek School, in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich, as part of the experience-based approach. This program will be integrated with the curriculum of the New Uzbekistan University.
Organized by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education to stimulate students' interest in the field of IT and to support initiatives in this direction, the Digital Generation Girls-2024 Republic Competition is being held.
The event will continue until March 29 of the current year, where 200 girls will be selected offline, and approximately 3000 girls will be recruited online, with 22 university students participating.
The most active participants will be sent on an educational trip to the United Arab Emirates!

A roundtable discussion on "Women's engagement with web design: 5 anecdotes" was organized by Islam Elhadary, the head of the Department of Quality Assurance and Accreditation at the New Uzbekistan University.
Under the guidance of Professor Malik Abdul Rehman, students studying Chemical and Materials Engineering are conducting experiments to further advance this technology.
The experiments are being conducted with the assistance of the Advanced nano materials lab at Nazarbayev University.
Research articles will be published in prestigious scientific journals. We trust that our students will achieve excellent results from these experiments.
For the upcoming Navruz holiday, a youth festival was organized at our university.
Within the event, traditional folk songs were performed, and stage presentations were showcased.
Additionally, exhibitions displaying the customs, traditions, and national cuisine of various regions of our country were also organized.
The festival was a great success for everyone, fostering a spirit of unity and celebrating the arrival of spring.
