    Dr. Teo received the M.A. and Master of Management degrees from Macquarie University, an M.Ed. from Monash University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of South Australia.

    During his academic career, he served as chair of the Academic Board in different private educational institutions in Singapore from 2004 to 2017, and as Associate Dean at RVi Institute in Mandalay, Myanmar, in 2018. He was the Director of Graduate Studies and an Associate Professor of Management at the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP) until 2022. Currently, Dr. Teo is the Director of Academic Affairs and serves as Vice-Rector (International) for TMC Institute Tashkent in Uzbekistan.

    He is a co-author of Strategic Thinking and Insights (2018) and author of The Essential Ideas behind Effective Management of Human Resources (2024). He is also an active board member of the Chinese American Scholar Association (CASA) and a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching (U.K.)

    Research interests in the area of corporate social responsibility with focus on environmental responsibility, sustainability, social entrepreneurship, green consumer behavior and 'greening' the B school pedagogy.
