SESSION 13 (Operating system)

On April 15, 2024, Diyorbek Usmonov and Zulfiya Usmonova collaborated a session on Operating Systems. The focus was on process management and scheduling algorithms. Students explored topics such as process states, context switching, and CPU scheduling policies. The session covered various scheduling algorithms including First-Come, First-Served (FCFS), Shortest Job Next (SJN), Round Robin (RR), and Priority Scheduling. Through theoretical discussions and practical examples, participants gained insights into the challenges and strategies involved in managing processes efficiently within an operating system. The session aimed to deepen students' understanding of process management concepts and their applications in optimizing system performance and resource utilization.
