Professors: Today, for the first time in my life, I planted a tree
A tree-planting event took place in the Bustanlik district of Tashkent, with representatives from the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, the New Uzbekistan University, and various organizations under the Ministry's system participating.
The event, organized under the "Green Space" national initiative, had the Minister of Preschool and School Education, Khilola Umarova, in attendance, providing her recommendations on nurturing the planted saplings and further improving the region.
Our university professors also took part in the event.
"I planted a tree for the first time in my life today. I hadn't engaged in such work before due to my busy city life. Planting a tree seemed easy to me, but it turned out to be not so. The process of planting today left an unforgettable impression on me. I am very pleased to contribute to the development of Uzbekistan," said Hamidreza Ghandvar.
