Senior Lecturer

Biography

Qobiljon Toshnazarov is a Senior Lecturer at New Uzbekistan University since August 2024. He holds a PhD in Energy Engineering from the Korea Institute of Energy Technology (KENTECH), where he also served as a teaching assistant. His academic journey includes:

  1. PhD in Energy Engineering – KENTECH (2020–2024)
  2. MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering – Inha University (2018–2020)
  3. BS in Computer Science – Inha University in Tashkent (2014–2018)

He has a strong background in human–computer interaction (HCI) and mobile health (mHealth). Professionally, he’s been active in both academia and industry:

  1. Senior Lecturer – New Uzbekistan University
  2. Back-end Developer – Toptal (2022–present)
  3. Research Assistant – IMC Lab, Hanyang University
  4. Teaching Assistant – KENTECH and Inha University
