The Executive MBA program at New Uzbekistan University, offered by the School of Management, Department of Industrial Management, is a modular, practice-oriented graduate program designed for experienced professionals, senior managers, and executives seeking to strengthen their leadership, strategic, and decision-making capabilities in a global context.

The program integrates advanced management theory with real-world business practice, focusing on leadership, strategy, finance, digital transformation, sustainability, and governance. Delivered through an executive-friendly format, the program combines on-campus modules, residential periods, and applied learning, enabling participants to balance academic rigor with professional responsibilities.

The Executive MBA emphasizes experiential learning through case studies, simulations, executive challenges, and peer learning. International residential modules and exposure to global business environments further enhance participants’ strategic perspectives and cross-cultural competencies. Graduation Requirements

Requirement Description
Completion of Academic Credits Fulfillment of the 60 ECTS credit requirement, comprising mandatory and elective courses and Master project as outlined in the program curriculum.
Residency Requirements Completion of all two semesters at New Uzbekistan University.
Compliance with Policies and Regulations Full compliance with the academic, administrative, and ethical standards of New Uzbekistan University.
Financial Obligations Settlement of all tuition fees, semester fees, and associated costs to New Uzbekistan University.

Entry requirements

Educational Background

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 180 ECTS credits) awarded by an accredited higher education institution. The degree must be completed in either full-time or part-time mode of study.

Minimum English Proficiency

  • IELTS 6.0 or;
  • CEFR B2 (56-60) or;
  • TOEFL iBT 60 (Only TOEFL iBT tests taken at approved test centers are accepted. The TOEFL iBT Home Edition is not accepted.)

Note: Applicants who have completed their bachelor’s degree entirely in English are not required to submit the above-mentioned language proficiency certificates.

Interview Requirement

Applicants are required to pass an interview as part of the admission process.

What the Interview Assesses
The interview evaluates the applicant’s readiness for the MS in Industrial Management program, including:

- Understanding of fundamental concepts in management, industry, and operations

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Motivation for pursuing the program and career goals

- Communication skills and professional aptitude

- Capacity to apply theoretical knowledge to practical, industry-related scenarios

Please note that the Admissions Committee will schedule interview date and time on a rolling basis. The exact date and time of your interview will be communicated via email one week in advance.

Interview Rules

Only applicants with the required scores in IELTS or its equivalents are eligible for the interview.
The interview is conducted in English and must be attended in person at New Uzbekistan University.
Each interview lasts 10 - 15 minutes.
Each applicant may attend the interview only once.

Local students 55 000 000 UZS per academic year
International students $ 6 500 USD per academic year
