Artificial intelligence cluster to be launched at New Uzbekistan University

Today, a videoconference meeting was held under the chairmanship of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the issues of the accelerated introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in public administration, economic sectors and regions.

At the meeting, the head of our state announced the launch of an “artificial intelligence cluster” at the “New Uzbekistan” University, which will operate on the principle of “network - university - partner”.

It was also announced that 100 trainers-teachers will be trained in artificial intelligence at our university this year and 1,300 next year. They will train computer science teachers in schools and universities in a cascade order.

Every year, the best 100 computer science teachers from secondary schools and universities, as well as potential specialists from ministries and khokimiyats, are sent to countries with advanced artificial intelligence for advanced training.
