Cooperation between New Uzbekistan University and Peking University will be further expanded

Important agreements on Uzbekistan’s education system were signed in China. The delegation of Uzbekistan was headed by the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Hilola Umarova, and included representatives of the “New Uzbekistan” University.

During the meetings, special attention was given to expanding cooperation with Peking University, which ranks 13th globally and 1st in China.

The parties agreed to establish an Uzbekistan–China Joint Laboratory in cooperation with New Uzbekistan University and Peking University. The laboratory will operate as a joint research center in the fields of engineering, natural sciences, and exact sciences.
