A delegation from New Uzbekistan University visited Germany to hold a series of meetings aimed at expanding strategic cooperation with the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

  • TUM ranks among the TOP-22 universities in the world.
  • It is considered one of Europe’s leading institutions in engineering and technology.

During the meetings, the parties reached agreements to launch new academic programs in Aerospace Engineering and Artificial Intelligence.

The delegation also held discussions with TUM President Prof. Thomas F. Hofmann, vice presidents of the university, and Ali Sunyaev, Director of the TUM Heilbronn Campus.

As part of the visit, the delegation also participated in the Munich Management Colloquium, one of the major international events held in Munich. During the conference, meetings were conducted with representatives of global companies such as Airbus, BMW, and Lufthansa.

The discussions focused on expanding international internship opportunities for students, strengthening industry–academia collaboration, and enhancing the global competitiveness of graduates in the international labor market.

This visit marks an important step in advancing the academic partnership between New Uzbekistan University and TUM, while also creating new opportunities for students to gain international-level education and industry experience.
