How to Secure a Place at New Uzbekistan University
Applicants with high scores in internationally recognized certificates such as the SAT, IB Diploma, or International AS & A Levels in Mathematics can take advantage of early admission. For example:
- A score of 650-790 in the SAT Math section automatically grants the applicant a relevant entrance exam score and makes them eligible for recommendation for tuition-based admission.
- Applicants also have the option to take the university’s entrance exam. If an applicant submits both an international certificate and an entrance exam score, the higher of the two will be considered.
- Those achieving the highest possible scores in international certificates (e.g., 800 in SAT Math) will receive 100% of the entrance exam score and will be recommended for a government scholarship.
The Importance of the Guarantee Payment
A key requirement for securing a place at New Uzbekistan University is making a guarantee payment within the designated deadlines. This payment confirms the applicant’s commitment to enrolling at the university. Such a practice is widely used by international universities implementing early admission systems.
Government Scholarships and Additional Opportunities
New Uzbekistan University offers a limited number of government scholarships covering one to four years of study. These scholarships are allocated based on predefined quotas and applicant rankings.
Additionally, after the entrance exams are completed and applicants’ final rankings are determined, applicants initially recommended for tuition-based admission may later be transferred to government-funded places, in accordance with the university’s procedures.
