The International Conference on Geometry, Algebra, and Mathematical Physics has officially commenced at New Uzbekistan University, running from May 21 to May 27, 2025. This prestigious event is co-organized by the Beijing International Center for Mathematical Research (BICMR) of Peking University, the Center for Geometry and Physics of the Institute for Basic Science (IBS) in Korea, and New Uzbekistan University.

The conference brings together nearly 30 esteemed scholars from countries including China, South Korea, and Uzbekistan. Participants are engaging in discussions on cutting-edge topics in geometry, algebra, and mathematical physics, fostering international collaboration and the exchange of innovative ideas.

The opening ceremony featured remarks from Shavkat Ayupov, President of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan; Gang Tian, Director of BICMR at Peking University; and Azizbek Marakhimov, Vice Rector of New Uzbekistan University.
