During the Uzbekistan–Germany dialogue held at the German Bundestag in Berlin, participants discussed vocational education, the dual education system, and the experience of German universities of applied sciences.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange views with the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) on potential collaboration in education and workforce development. BMZ is one of Germany’s key institutions responsible for international cooperation, economic development, and sustainable growth initiatives.
For New Uzbekistan University, strengthening the connection between academic learning and practical skills, expanding collaboration with industry partners, and preparing graduates who meet the evolving demands of the labor market remain strategic priorities.
The meeting at the Bundestag served as an important platform for exploring Germany’s best practices, enhancing practice-oriented learning approaches, and creating new opportunities for students.
