Professors Zulfiqar A. Khan and Malik Abdul Rehman of New Uzbekistan University successfully completed a two-week international professional development program at the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), one of China’s leading universities.
The program, titled “New Energy Technologies and Innovative Upgrading,” was organized with the support of China’s Ministry of Science and Technology and focused on sustainable development, emerging energy technologies, and the global energy transition.
During the program, the professors gained advanced knowledge and practical insights into carbon-neutral energy systems, artificial intelligence-integrated solar energy technologies, modern battery technologies, energy storage systems, and green technology applications.
Their participation reflects New Uzbekistan University’s ongoing commitment to expanding international academic collaboration, enhancing faculty development, and strengthening research capacity in the field of sustainable development.
