“Our National Army — the Foundation of the New Uzbekistan”

Today, on January 17, a high-level celebratory event was held at New Uzbekistan University to mark the 34th anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Defenders of the Motherland Day.

The event was dedicated to highlighting the strategic role of the national army in the development of the state and society, the unity between the people and the armed forces, as well as fostering patriotism and a strong sense of civic responsibility among the younger generation. The university campus became a platform demonstrating the close interconnection between science, education, and national defense.

As part of the program, presentations showcasing modern military capabilities, achievements of young servicemen, patriotic artistic performances, and open exhibitions were featured. The event was organized in harmony with the ongoing reforms, security priorities, and sustainable development agenda of the New Uzbekistan.

This occasion once again demonstrated New Uzbekistan University’s role not only as a center of education and research, but also as an active promoter of civic responsibility and national values.
