Special Representative of the President on World Trade Organization Affairs Visits New Uzbekistan University

New Uzbekistan University hosted an open dialogue with Mr. Azizbek Urunov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on World Trade Organization Affairs and Chief Negotiator of the country’s accession process.

The event was organized in collaboration with the Young Economists Society of Uzbekistan (YESU).The discussion focused on Uzbekistan’s integration into the global trading system, the final stage of negotiations, and the economic implications for the country’s future development.

Students and researchers engaged directly with the Chief Negotiator, raising questions about trade commitments and emerging opportunities.The visit highlighted NewUU’s role as a platform for high-level dialogue on strategic national priorities.
