The 16th International Conference on Management Research Held at New Uzbekistan University

For the first time, New Uzbekistan University is hosting the prestigious 16th International Conference on Management Research (ICMR 2025). This major academic event marks a significant milestone in the development of the national higher education system and reflects the growing strength of international scientific collaboration.

Organized in partnership with Superior University, Pakistan, the conference brought together over 100 international researchers, scholars, and faculty members from various institutions and organizations. The central theme of the conference — “Sustainable Tourism Management in the Era of Digitalization: Trends, Challenges, and Innovative Solutions” — addresses the pressing issue of balancing economic growth and sustainability in today’s globalized world.

ICMR 2025 aims to foster productive academic dialogue and exchange of expertise among global scholars, industry professionals, and practitioners. The conference also seeks to develop innovative strategies that support sustainable and inclusive tourism development.

As part of the program, a special panel discussion was held on “Tourism Potential between Pakistan and Uzbekistan in the Digital Era,” where participants analyzed opportunities for tourism growth through digital technologies, the expansion of regional cooperation, and ensuring long-term economic stability.

In addition, keynote speeches were delivered by distinguished international scholars and experts. Their presentations emphasized the importance of digital platforms, technological networks, and cross-border knowledge exchange in shaping the future of sustainable tourism.

The conference featured four thematic academic sessions:
–The first session focused on sustainability and environmental efficiency;
–The second session explored human resources, leadership, and performance;
–The third session addressed artificial intelligence, innovation, and smart tourism;
–The fourth session presented research on tourism, hospitality, and digital transformation.
