Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to management and structural divisions of the organization;
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, memoranda, and other legal documents;
- Ensure compliance with national legislation, internal policies, and regulatory requirements;
- Participate in the development and review of internal regulations and policies;
- Represent the organization in courts, governmental bodies, and other institutions when required;
- Monitor changes in legislation and provide timely updates and recommendations;
- Conduct legal risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies;
- Support procurement, HR, and academic/administrative units on legal matters;
- Maintain proper documentation and legal records;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of the Legal Department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- 3–5 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong knowledge of civil, labor, and corporate law
- Experience in contract drafting and legal document review
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian; English is an advantage
- High responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality
