A Preventive Event Organized at New Uzbekistan University

As part of the "Safe and Healthy Capital" comprehensive rapid preventive initiative led by the Chief of Tashkent City Internal Affairs Department, Major General A. A. Tashpulatov, a special meeting was held on January 21 at New Uzbekistan University under the slogan “We Are Against Drug Abuse.”  

During the event, experts provided students with detailed information on cybersecurity, the prevention of drug trafficking, and the dangers drugs pose to human health and society. In addition, an open dialogue was conducted, during which students were encouraged to remain vigilant and actively oppose drug abuse.  

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief of the Mirzo Ulug‘bek District Department of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel F. Jabborov; Head of the TIIO FMB JTSB, Lieutenant Colonel S. Jumaboyev; Senior Inspector of the 3rd IIB, Senior Lieutenant F. A. Mavjudova; Senior Mobilization Inspector of the 1st Unit of the Special Battalion, Lieutenant D. Ganiyev; and the Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work of New Uzbekistan University, H. Nazirova.  

The event was met with great interest by the students, who emphasized the importance of such meetings in promoting conscious and responsible lifestyles among young people.
