Concert by the National Estrada Symphony Orchestra Was Held

Students and staff of New Uzbekistan University attended an exclusive concert by the Botir Zokirov National Estrada Symphony Orchestra. Throughout the concert, each melody and the magical performances of talented musicians captivated the audience.  

The artistic director of the concert was Alisher Ikramov, an honored artist of Uzbekistan, while the chief conductor was Boburjon Qurbonaliev, a laureate of international competitions. Under their leadership, the orchestra skillfully performed both national and contemporary compositions.  

Botir Zokirov is one of the founders of Uzbek estrada music, known for blending traditional music with modern rhythms. His invaluable contribution to the art has been highly recognized, earning him the title of People's Artist of Uzbekistan.  

During the concert, the orchestra also performed Uzbek folk songs, which reflect the hopes, aspirations, joy, and sorrows of the people. These songs, created in harmony with the geographical, climatic, and cultural features of each region, are performed by musicians of different generations.  

Students and staff of New Uzbekistan University were deeply impressed by the concert. Such cultural events play an important role in enhancing young people's aesthetic taste and appreciation of national values.
