Anti-Corruption “Compliance Control”

New Uzbekistan University maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms and manifestations of corruption. A designated officer is responsible for preventing corruption, identifying corruption risks, addressing conflicts of interest, and receiving related reports and complaints.

Key Responsibilities

Participating in the implementation of the University’s internal anti-corruption policy;

Identifying and assessing corruption risks;

Developing proposals to improve internal control mechanisms;

Monitoring compliance with legislation and the University’s internal regulations;

Receiving and conducting an initial review of corruption-related reports and complaints;

Taking measures to prevent and address conflicts of interest;

Organizing preventive, awareness-raising, and explanatory activities;

Ensuring the confidentiality of information provided by reporting persons.

Reporting Corruption-Related Incidents

Reports may be submitted orally, in writing, or electronically regarding corruption-related offences, bribery demands, conflicts of interest, misuse of official authority, or other suspicious conduct.

All reports are registered and reviewed objectively, promptly, and with due regard for confidentiality.
