NewUU Student’s Start-up “Rotation” Wins $15,000 Investment at Acceleration Program

We are proud to announce that Lobar Ashurova, a 3rd-year Computer Engineering student at New Uzbekistan University (NewUU), has secured a $15,000 investment for her start-up “Rotation” at the Startup Rise Acceleration Program, organized by United Ventures and Startup Garage.

Out of more than 120 start-ups that joined the month-long program, only 20 were selected for Demo Day, and just 4 winners received investment — Rotation proudly stood among them.

Rotation is an innovative EdTech + HRTech platform designed to bridge IT students and employers. The platform equips students and recent graduates with practical skills and job readiness, then connects them directly with companies seeking top talent. Guided by its motto — “Rotate from Learning to Earning” — the project aims to empower the next generation of IT specialists in Uzbekistan and beyond.
