Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our department as an Assistant/Associate Professor of General Business and Management.
This position requires a strong commitment to teaching, research, and associated service in the field.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and deliver a range of under-graduate and masters courses related to Strategy, Leadership, Marketing and International Business.

Requirements

• Hold a PhD degree in Business Management, Strategy, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, International Business or a closely related field
• Teaching and research experience for the
  • Full-time Professor rank, at least 10 years;
  • Associate Professor rank, at least 5 years;
  • Assistant Professor rank, at least 1 year
• International track record of research and professional achievements
• Excellent record in teaching/overseeing undergraduate, masters, and PhD programs
• Able to join from Fall 2026/27
