Responsibilities:

• Support students and learners in developing the ability to independently plan and determine the steps required to achieve their desired future professional goals.
  
• Assist students and learners in developing and implementing their individual educational pathways.
  
• Provide psychological and pedagogical support, career guidance, and counselling on career development and professional opportunities.
  
• Participate in the activities of methodological associations and other forms of methodological work.
  

Requirements:

• Higher education in Pedagogy or a related field.
  
• At least 2 years of work experience in an educational institution.
  
• Proficiency in English.
  
• Strong teamwork skills.
  
• Confident computer skills.
