Dr. Rimajon Sotlikova is an applied linguist and English language educator with more than a decade of international teaching and research experience across Uzbekistan and Indonesia. Her expertise includes English for Specific Purposes (ESP), communicative language teaching (CLT), instructional material design, and teacher professional development.

She is passionate about innovative pedagogy, digital learning integration, and intercultural communication, and has been invited as a keynote speaker, trainer, and panelist at numerous international conferences and academic forums across Asia and beyond.
