Due to a significant increase in workload and the number of ongoing projects, the University is seeking an additional specialist for the Planning and Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Provide financial support for projects
• Monitor budget execution and control expenses
• Perform other departmental tasks as required

Requirements (Hard skills):

• Background or experience in finance
• English proficiency — at least B2 level
• Russian proficiency — at least C1 level
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with 1C or similar systems is an advantage
