Biography

Prof. Dr. Hartmut Friedrich Lehmann is a distinguished scholar in labor economics, transition economies, and applied econometrics. Over the past decades, he has made significant contributions to understanding labor market dynamics in post-socialist countries, wage inequality, and employment restructuring during economic transitions. His research combines rigorous empirical analysis with a deep understanding of socio-economic transformations across Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
