Role Overview:
The Chief Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Medical School, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. This role requires high-level managerial expertise and the ability to lead teams towards achieving institutional objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of various departments within the Medical School.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Manage resource allocation, including staff, budgets, and equipment.
Evaluate performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
Foster collaboration among faculty, staff, and administration.
Represent the Medical School in meetings and external engagements as required.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in Management, Medicine, or related field.
Extensive experience in management, preferably in educational or healthcare institutions.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
