A forum of rectors dedicated to the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into the education system was held at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation. The heads of higher education institutions from across the republic took part, discussing key issues related to the digital transformation of the sector.
The forum highlighted the President’s emphasis that the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence across all sectors should become a major driver of economic growth, with universities expected to be among the pioneers of this process. It was noted that applying artificial intelligence in the educational process can significantly improve the quality of education and the effectiveness of institutional management.
As part of the forum, Vice-Rector of the University of New Uzbekistan, Bakhodir Akhmedov, delivered a presentation, sharing the university’s experience in integrating artificial intelligence into teaching and learning, as well as in developing innovative educational models and modern scientific infrastructure.
