Biography

Dilafruz Abdumajidova is an accomplished educator, researcher, and higher education leader with over 20 years of experience in English language teaching, TESOL, curriculum development, and teacher training. Her career spans academic and administrative roles including Vice Rector on Student Affairs and Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts at Oxus University, as well as Associate Professor in the MA TESOL Program at Webster University in Tashkent.

She has significantly contributed to higher education reform in Uzbekistan through numerous national and international projects, curriculum innovation initiatives, and large-scale teacher professional development programs. Passionate about advancing education, she continues to focus on research in TESOL, educational leadership, and applied linguistics while actively participating in global conferences and collaborative projects.
