What You’ll Do:
As Dean, you will lead our Medical School’s academic, research, and clinical mission — inspiring faculty, students, and partners. Your role will include:
✅ Setting strategic direction and academic standards
✅ Driving innovation in teaching, learning, and research
✅ Building strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare partners, and global institutions
✅ Recruiting and mentoring outstanding faculty
✅ Promoting a culture of excellence, diversity, and collaboration

What We’re Looking For:
We seek an experienced academic leader with:
MD, PhD, or equivalent medical/academic qualification
Proven leadership in medical education and research
Global perspective and commitment to innovation
Strong collaborative and communication skills
