Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate the university’s cooperation with industrial and sectoral partners
Initiate and manage joint projects with companies (applied research, internships, dual education programs)
Build effective interaction between faculties, departments, and industry partners
Analyze labor market and industry needs to integrate them into educational programs
Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and memoranda of cooperation
Promote the university’s scientific and innovation potential among industrial partners
Prepare reports and analytical materials for university management
Requirements:
Higher education (preferably in engineering, economics, or management)
At least 3 years of experience in university–industry collaboration, corporate partnerships, or project management
Understanding of the academic environment, research activities, and technology transfer
Strong negotiation and business correspondence skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Uzbek and English is required
