2. Opportunity Tracking and Market Monitoring
Continuously collect, update, and analyze information on job vacancies, internship programs, graduate schemes, and other career-related opportunities.
Maintain a well-structured and regularly updated database of opportunities for students and alumni.
Share timely and relevant information with students to support their professional advancement.
3. Employer Relations and Communication
Serve as a primary contact point for employers offering vacancies, internships, or collaboration initiatives.
Maintain strong professional communication with partner companies and organizations.
Facilitate the smooth flow of information between employers and students, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Assist in building new partnerships aimed at expanding career opportunities.
4. Career Events and Activities Organization
Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of career fairs, employer presentations, training sessions, and skill-development workshops.
Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
Contribute to creating high-quality events that promote employability, soft skills, and professional growth.
5. Training Logistics and Administrative Coordination
Organize the administrative and logistical aspects of professional training programs for students and industry specialists.
Prepare schedules, participant lists, training materials, and required documentation.
Coordinate venue arrangements, registration processes, and participant communication.
6. Documentation, Analytics, and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of participants, activities, feedback, and results of career-related programs.
Collect and analyze feedback to evaluate event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare professional summaries and reports for the Lead Specialist and university management.
